Telephone sales training review: “A great sense of commitment”

I learned to ask open-ended questions to help patients open up (build rapport).  I learned to save the offers to the last part of the call, and to listen more to the customer because it helps them to trust you. I found it hard at first but eventually after 1 week I got the hang of it straight away and found this easy to do. Rod has excellent, re-energizing ideas. He has a great sense of commitment and he encouraged trust in what he was teaching us.
