Step 2: A visitor clicks the webchat to SMS widget

You click it and it pops up. Then, Hattie asks for contact details before engaging in the chat (she’s a smart girl, Hattie).

Step 3: Hattie captures the lead’s contact information

The visitor enter their details and now they are a lead in your Hattie CRM.

Step 4: The message comes into Hattie as a text.

Step 5: You or your team reply from Hattie by SMS

They can do this on their desktops or phone apps (when available), and the message sends a text to the lead’s phone.

So, this is what’s happened

We’ve untethered the user from the website. They can go about their day and you haven’t lost the lead because you’re still in a conversation via SMS.
