Consultation sales training review: “Help people make the right choices”

I learned that selling is not all about the hard sell. I learned that I don’t need to work to a script, and that you’ll not remember it all. Everyone is in the same boat, and have the same problems. I’ll be implementing this system Monday morning, as discussed with our manager, because if you don’t implement ASAP, you’ll end up forgetting all the important stuff.  Rod has lots of energy, and appears to enjoy his subject. This clearly had an effect on us, seeing us all leap up and shout/chant the 8 steps was a sight to be hold. Thanks very much for your inspiration. At the beginning of the week, I fully deserved “the bear”, “I’m only a nurse, not a sales person”. But now I feel more inspired to help people make the right choices.
