“I learned the most during the role-plays”
I find it so interesting that so many people resist the idea of role-playing, sometimes even after they learn so much from it. Unlike Winta Negassi of the Cadogan Clinic, one of major clients in the plastic surgery space. Winta, a confident and personable member of their team who’s main role is not sales, has attended two of my 2-day workshops, The Increase Consultation Rates Course and Increase Telephone Conversion Rates 2-day course. The Cadogan Clinic felt it was a good idea for Winta to take the courses so she could act as a confident and skilled understudy to their primary Patient Advisor. Here is what Winta had to say about her experiences at the course:
I learnt the most during the role-plays. I will try to apply the full telephone approach when dealing with general info enquiries. I found the first part to be most difficult, as I could not see the full picture at that point.
My overall impression was excellent. I was impressed by the organisation and the structure of content as we managed to stick to the agenda and having enough time to learn and do role-plays. The instructor, Rod Solar, was very professional but at the same time very relaxed and was excellent in conveying his knowledge to the guests.
