Rod Solar reveals practice building secrets at ESCRS 2013 Practice Development Weekend
We decided to get practical at the ESCRS Practice Development Weekend in Frankfurt by revealing the very best business development strategies and tactics we’ve learned after working to build healthcare businesses over a decade. Here is the slideshow that accompanied the 6 hour talk on Sunday:
The weekend was well attended by eye surgery clinics and hospitals specialising in refractive and cataract surgery from all over Europe. Other speakers invited to present were LiveseySolar clients: Arthur Cummings (CEO of Wellington Eye Clinic), Paul Ursell (Owner of Cataract-Doctor.com), and Eckhard Weingaertner (Managing Director of EuroEyes).
