Exceeding Sheffield Vision Centre’s sales targets by 46.2%
The Sheffield Vision Centre is a refractive surgery clinic spun-off from the Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Sheffield NHS Teaching Hospitals.
Over a 12 month engagement, we helped Sheffield Vision Centre increase their conversion rates by 68%, increase their telephone conversion rates by 34%, and increase their eye surgery sales so that they exceeded first year targets by 46.2%.

How we did it
First, we advised the planning committee on how to plan and launch the Centre. Before the Centre opened, we designed a sales process, trained staff in consultation and telephone sales.
Following the training of the staff, we coached the surgeons and practitioners in sales approaches that would help them convert more consultations.
As the Centre was being built, we designed the website for the centre. Finally, we helped the Centre staff plan and launch a series of patient seminars and email marketing with a focus on attracting patients from the NHS Trust.
