“He is clearly well informed and experienced. Ideal for the job!”

For some, training is a chance to take a breath between the daily grind of the demands of customers and bosses alike. This is sometimes called ‘Sharpening the Saw’, so that one can get back to work with sharpened tools that make oneself more effective, like this Private Practice Manager found…

I learned from all topics but benefited the most from an opportunity to ‘take stock’ of our current situation and how we can improve ourselves. I found the section on designing and setting standards for our practice most applicable. Most challenging was to work out how to implement ideas. This was a good opportunity to take stock and work out how to move the practice forward.  Rod Solar is clearly well informed and experienced. Ideal for the job!
