Interviewer: So, Jeremy, why don’t you just tell us what your experience was with LiveseySolar, what you had us do and what were the results.
Well, the results were outstanding, and the reason I say that was because what I asked you to do was to take a group of people who thought they were doing a great job, who believed they knew how to do their job, to take… to take it back to basics and to rebuild them so that they could see what they needed to do, but also were given the skills, the tools and the motivation to want to do it and to get the results that they needed.
IV: Great. And something you said to me in the car, which I do remember, was in the context of some of the sales training that you’d seen in the past. How did the sales training fare in comparison to that?
Yes. I’ve been in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries for over 25 years, and I’ve seen a lot of trainers and I’ve seen a lot of people come in with big ideas, and very, very few of them have actually impressed me.
When I met Rod Solar and we started to work together, I started to get really motivated and excited about what he was saying, and then when I spent the two days doing the key account management training course with my team, with Rod, at the end of the two days I felt really motivated and fired up and excited about it all.
And in my opinion, Rod and the service that his company provide are the best services for sales training that I’ve seen in over 25 years in the industry.
