Rod’s very well known in the field of medical marketing, in particular in relation to ophthalmology, and one of my roles is I’m chairman of the Practice Development Committee of the ESCRS, and Rod is one of our star performers. He has for many years run day symposia on various aspects of medical marketing. They’re always extremely popular, and I’ve never known someone who can hold an audience for eight or more hours, and it’s a fantastic thing to see and to be a part of.
So Rod’s reputation for providing medical marketing, what he’s done for various other organisations, is very well known. So he was clearly the choice for us when we wanted to develop the Grange Eye Consultants’ website.
