World-Class Practices Article in July/August Eurotimes

More details are now available on the ESCRS 2014 Practice Development Programme where I’ll be hosting a One-day Masterclass on Delivering World Class Medical Consultations on Saturday, 13th of September. The course is free to delegates registered with the conference, but requires pre-registration for the Masterclass.
