Over a 12 month engagement, we helped Yorkshire Eye Hospital increase their conversion rates by 31%, increase their telephone conversion rates by 55%, and increase their laser eye surgery sales by 102%.
How we did it

First, we helped design a new website for Yorkshire Eye Hospital. We then initiated a search engine marketing campaign that increased Yorkshire Eye Hospital’s leads by 2600% in 16 months. Conversion rates on the website also increased during this time, from 0.3% to 3.80%.
We were simultaneously busy training sales people in both telephone and consultative selling. This resulted in an increase of their conversion rates by 31%, and an increase of their telephone conversion rates by 55%.
Finally, to enhance their ability to retain patients and increase friends and family referrals, we trained all of the Hospital’s clinical staff in customer service.
