Talking with previous clients can be a great way of finding out more about the approaches of different training companies you are investigating and how happy the clients were with the overall package. However, when evaluating sales training in terms of return on investment and measurable business success, it is also important to ask each training company for actual figures relating to conversion rate increases after training.
What kind of conversion rates will I see after training?
Our sales training results are excellent. Our client average conversion rate prior to training is 32%. After undertaking sales training with us, these conversion rates increase to an average of 52% – a 62.5% increase in conversion rates as a result of training.
We have had no training sessions that could be classed as unsuccessful and every client that we have worked for has had a conversion rate increase. The smallest increase was 11% and we have recorded conversion rate increases of up to 220%.
Our figures for return on investment are also very high. Our clients’ average return on investment is 37 within 3 months of completing the training. This means that the incremental sales they generate within 3 months of training pays for the session 37 times over.
Every client that we’ve worked with has had a positive return on their training investment. The actual figure is dependent on the number of leads coming in and the value of the products or service that is being sold.
The lowest return on investment we’ve measured is 4. This means that increased sales as a result of training paid for the session 4 times over, within 3 months of completing the training session. The highest return on investment we’ve measured is 137.
